Choosing the lingerie brand 'Lara Intimates' to internationalise into Poland. The written document analyses the opportunities and risks to entering a new market internationally.

 

Using theories such as SWOT, Porter's 5 Forces, PESTLE and the 4 P's allowed me to understand the market. Gaining a 1st for the written document was pleasing, as I feel I struggle with the writing aspect of essays.
